Hi Lee,

Good to hear from you again and happy new year to you.

We've had a little hunt around at the new prices out there. Peach 
Guitars have the Strat at £730 which seems silly cheap to us. With this 
is mind our cash offer for this is £360.

The Epiphone new price is £635. For cash we would offer £300.

This is obviously a lot less than you were hoping but we have to work 
backwards off the new prices.

Have a think and if you do want to go ahead, please let us know.
