Thanks for getting in touch.
We don't offer a customer repair service but if you're nearby you're 
welcome to pop in and I'll give the socket a spray with some switch 
cleaner to see if that might sport it out. Or, if you wanted to replace 
the socket, I would recommend John Williams of Noise Works in Coventry.
