Hi Tereza,

We have emailed Fender to enquire about purchasing a replacement case 
and filled out the forms for the FedEx claim. We are awaiting an invoice 
number from FedEx before they can process the claim.

Realistically this may take a couple of weeks to get resolved. Please 
use the case you have in the meantime. We realise it is far from ideal 
and appreciate your patience. We will do everything we can from our end 
to chase things up along the way.
