Hi Will,

Like you said it is very hard to know without seeing the items but 
initially I would say we are about £400 off. Unfortunately, Eastmans 
just don't hold their value as much as other brands do and we have had a 
few similar guitars in before that are amazing guitars but we struggle 
to sell them even when they are priced really low.
