Sorry to hear you are having an issue again with this. How bizarre!

Obviously we don't want you to be without your guitar for too long. Do 
you have a local repair guy that you trust to look at it for you? We 
will cover the costs. Alternatively if you would prefer for us to 
collect it and get it back here to sort out, we can do that. Just let us 
know what you want to do.
