Yes, I am very accident prone but that comes with being a fellow 
adrenaline junkie!

I'm now a bit scared of going too fast on bikes. Having said that it was 
a fantastic place (Bike Park Wales) and I was having a really fun 
afternoon on the trails.  An op later this month will sort out my 
shoulder but it might be a while before Phil let's me on a holiday 
without his supervision again haha!
