Morning Susana,

Yes, this guitar was sold last week to a customer of ours - Mr Mark 
Edmonds.

He has since swapped for another new one we have in stock as we agreed 
this one wasn't playable.

I can confirm it is in as new condition with bag etc and hasn't been 
tampered with.

Once it is returned to us, does this affect the registration etc? and 
are you able to reset the previous history?
