Hi,

I have a customer who purchased a kdp90 a few years back and now has a
loud noise coming out of the sustain pedal when pushed down. She has
tried adjusting the height bolt underneath but to no avail. Her details
are as follows:

karla.gould@sky.com
Mrs. Karla Gould
26 Elm Tree Avenue, Coventry, Coventry, CV4 9ET
(02476) 468810
(07443) 525778

kdp90 serial number: g362103 (179)

purchased 18/nov/2017

Please advise us on how to proceed as we don't have very many issues
with Kawai pianos and so we aren't sure about your procedure with
faulty
items.
