Thanks for the email that=E2=80=99s how I bought it from Guitar Guitar well=
 my wife bought it and I was never a fan it=E2=80=99s the way they sent I t=
o me. To be honest the case was openned 3 times at most.
Not missing a tremolo apologies I never noticed this.=20
