Hi Remy,

The customer who won this guitar of you guys recently has just brought 
it back to us as the action has raised a bit much. We checked the neck 
and it looks pretty good so no need for a neck adjustment but we did 
notice the top was slightly raised. The first thing we did was throw a 
humidity checker in it (only a cheap one) but it was measuring around 
51-53%, which is similar to the room we keep our Taylors in. Please can 
you advise on what the best course of action is?
