Hi Matt,

Thanks for the extra detail. Do you think it's the pedal, cable or pads 
that are faulty? Maybe try taking a video if you're not sure so we can 
take a look.

Unfortunatly at the moment, the shop is closed so there is a limited 
amount we can do, but we will do our best to help.
