Hi Tom,

Thanks for your message. I thought I'd keep things simple with my 
answers below. Hopefully this clears everything up but please feel free 
to give us a call to discuss anything.

1. Yes we do offer part exchange. Best thing is to send us some pics 
and we will get you a quote.
2. Whether you buy the guitar for home delivery or click and collect, 
you get a 10 day 'cooling off period' during which time you can return 
for a full refund providing it comes back to us in the same condition 
with packaging etc. If you do opt for home delivery and change your 
mind, there will be a small fee (approx. £25) to get the guitar back to 
us.
3. If you do decide you want to part exchange your guitar we can also 
do this via contactless click and collect or home collection/delivery.
