Hi,

We received an American Original 60's jazz Bass FM LTD S/N US19083261.
It appears to have a faulty truss rod. I tried to adjust it this 
morning and the nut doesn't tighten
Also, there is red paint on the neck where it joins to the neck pocket.
Can we get it returned for you guys to check out, please.
