Hi Oliver,
Please can you confirm you have now received the paperwork from TBT/Fed
Ex for the return? Double check your junk if not.
New Shipping Number: 266818524
You should be able to now print out the following ready for collection
tomorrow, 15th July:
1 x Shipping Label, please stick this to the box
2 x Consignment note or summery page, please ask the driver to sign a
copy to confirm he has picked it up. Keep hold of your copy
4 x Commercial Invoice, please stick 1 copy to the box and pass the
other 3 copies to the driver. Please make sure the shipping number is
filled in, if not please add it in to the empty box ( 266818524 )
We will be in touch with TNT/Fed Ex to make sure there is no charges
from the import/export of the item.
