Dear valued retailer,

In accordance with Government advice, the Korg (UK) offices are closed, 
but we continue to operate our normal service, despatching from our 
warehouses and with our full office support working remotely. So it’s 
business as usual.

With the challenges and uncertainty we all face in the current trading 
environment, I’m sure you will understand that we are unable to offer 
any extended credit terms on orders, and must continue to apply our 
normal trading terms. However, in an effort to support and help 
business, we are able to offer an extra discount for any payments 
received early until further notice.

	* For payments received within 7 days of invoice date we will allow 4% 
settlement discount, which is 2% above our normal rate;

  	* For payments received within 15 days of invoice date, the normal 2% 
settlement discount rate is still available.

To take advantage of the extra discount, all you need to do is to make 
the payment by BACS as normal and deduct an additional 2% discount.

As the financial year draws to a close, may we take this opportunity to 
thank you for your business and assure you of our ongoing support for 
your company in these unprecedented trading conditions.
