Thanks for getting in touch.
Yes we set it up when it came in with a low action and the pickup's 
pretty reliable (never seen a faulty one), made by Fishman I believe.
The sounds are quite remarkable, depending what you're plugging them 
into.
If yo order it to day or tomorrow morning you should have it by Friday.
