Hi Marty,

We are happy to look at that exchange for you. I am presuming you mean 
the 2004 Taylor 414ce L30 30th Anniversary model at £1499.

You are welcome to send the Stonebridge back to us to do the exchange 
but we would need to deduct any shipping costs already incurred.

On your original payment for the Stonebridge you selected your delivery 
address as UK Mainland instead of UK off-mainland. Once again, we took 
this on the chin as a gesture of good will but it cost us an additional 
£55 in shipping. I'm afraid as a small business we cannot keep absorbing 
these costs.

With this in mind the exchange will cost an additional £389 for the 
Taylor including shipping to you.

Have a think and let us know what you would like to do.
