Hi Sam,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with this amp. We've had a watch 
of your video and agree it doesn't sound quite right so if it's ok with 
you, we will arrange a collection so that we can get it 
repaired/replaced by Fender.

Do you still have the original box or something similar in order to 
package it safely for shipping?
