Hi Clint,
Yes, over the past few years and the challenges we have come up against
with lack of supply etc we have decided to change our business and focus
solely on selling guitars and guitar related products. The benefit of
being a small independent owner operated shop is that we can adapt and
change with the ever changing world of retail. Guitars are really what
we are most passionate about.
Having seen the date your purchased your Kawai, it may well have been
one of our last piano sales after 18+ years. We do miss the sound of
someone playing piano in the shop.
I have now filled out the warranty repair forms on your behalf and sent
them to Kawai UK. Hopefully they will be in touch with you soon.
