Thanks for your message.

Our Taylor 114ce LH is a brand new guitar with no marks or damages. It 
comes in a padded Taylor gig bag and outer carton. Don't worry, we're 
very used to shipping guitars all over the world, so will make sure it 
is packaged up safely for shipping.

We use TNT for all our shipments and any orders placed before noon, 
will be despatched the same day.
