Morning John,

Yes, we really appreciate you following this up. We don't want to be the
moaners but the prospect of this continuing is a bit of red flag for us.
Especially when it's just as much work to return a guitar as it is to
sell it.

See below the product codes and serial numbers of items with the worst
issues.

Product Number: 0145212506
Serial Number: MX22201427

Product Number: 0149753305
Serial Number: MX22299423

Serial Number: MX23009745
Product Number:0147332350

Serial Number: MX22290822
Product Number: 0149773308

Product Number: 0147323330
Serial Number: MX22153703

All the guitars from the delivery that we kept needed a really good set
up before we would even think of selling them. We understand small
tweaks but taking 30 minutes per guitar is a bit much.

If you need any other info, just let us know.

Kind Regards,
Harriet, Phil & Tim
Express Music
