Hi Susana,

We've been going through our acoustic guitar department over the past
week to check over all our stock and have found 3 Taylor models that
have a very high action of around 4mm and we feel that the necks have
been set wrong in manufacture.
We normally check all guitars when they arrive with us but it seems
these ones have slipped through the net.
Could we get them returned for your guitar techs to reset the string
height, please?
These are the models:
114CE S/N 2211132038
214ce-SB DLX s/n 2211152233
214ce-K DLX s/n 2205241509.

Thank you.
Regards.
Tim.
