Hi Joel,

I have just heard back from Fender with an update. They are currently 
waiting for a new neck to be made and shipped over from the USA.

The current eta on this is 90-120 days.

While this isn't the best news, it is good of them to look at something 
out of warranty.

Fingers crossed it comes in a bit quicker than expected and we can 
reunite you with your guitar.

I have asked them to keep us updated with any progress.
