Hi John,

Sorry in advance for being a bit of a grump haha!

We have taken delivery of 9 Fenders this week, all Mexican models.

5 out of 9 are having to be returned for quality control issues (cracks,
dents and poor finishing). 1 we are taking credit on and 3 have arrived
in a sellable condition but still needing a full set up including new
strings on some.

Obviously we are aware this isn't directly your problem but just wanted
to pass on some feedback. It has taken Tim and I the best part of 3
hours to sort this out. Just a complete waste of time.

Have many others been having the same issues with recent shipments?

Kind Regards,
Harriet
