Hi Mitch,

Good news, we have your PRS back here safely. Other than being a bit 
dirty it's all fine. There was some dust build up in the switch which 
was probably causing the fault. We have cleaned it and it works as 
normal now. I guess on solid body guitars you wouldn't get that faulty 
because the dust can't travel in through the f-holes.

Do you still wish to have a refund on this guitar or would you like it 
back??
