Hello Michel,

I believe you have been in contact with one of our customers Mr. Will 
Ball,
regarding a 610CEL2 acoustic (S/n 20031023105) with a pickup fault?
There have been some miss communication at our end but could you 
arrange to get this collected
to have a look at it, please.
He says the fault is that the pickup is cutting out, I've had a look at 
but cannot recreate the fault?

Also, could you tell me if there is any news on the 214Ce we returned a 
couple of weeks ago?
