Hi John,

We have been in contact with TNT and they have informed us that they 
will not accept a claim in this case  "the consignment was accepted as 
received complete and in good condition on delivery. When your customer 
signed for the goods, there was no indication that the outer carton 
showed any signs of damage. Accordingly, if the items had been dropped 
or mishandled, I would expect there to be some form of evidence of 
damage to the outer carton. The proof of delivery has been signed for in 
good condition and no indication that any external damage was evident."

As this is the case, the best we can do is offer you a %10 refund of 
the value of the goods as a gesture of goodwill from ourselves. Either 
that or we will have the guitar back and issue you a refund.
