Hi,

We had a Gretsch G9221 S/N CAXR223050 delivered the other day and 
unfortunately, it has a horrible buzzing/rattling coming from the cone 
when either open A or any notes above the 6th fret on the A string.
I've tried adjusting the cone but this doesn't make any difference, 
also,  we've compared it to the Gretsch Reso's we have in stock and 
they're fine.
Can we get it returned for repair/credit, please?
