I'm not sure if you can help, but I bought a Taylor Academy 12e a few
years ago, and it looks like the ES-B Pre-amp unit has given up. I've
tried changing batteries but I can't get the tuner to work, or to get
any sounds through an amp. 
Bit of a long-shot, but I wasn't sure whether you had any way of
getting the pre-2022 ES-B units, or anything that might be a suitable
replacement?
