Hi Stuart

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have just found that we also have 1 set of ksx-ae extension arms that 
are missing one of the plastic bolts, is this something that you can 
send us as a spare part or is it best to return this with the rest of 
the items.

Box Sixes

Pms15 boxes: 76cm x 50cm x 40cm (there is 2 of these)
other items are all in one box : 50cm x 25cm x 120 cm (1 of these)
3 boxes in total

Regarding collection time/date: weekdays between 9.30-5.30 is the best 
time
