Thanks for popping by yesterday, hope your enjoying your new pedals.

Yes your totally right, sounds like a dry solder joint on the earth / 
ground for the neck pickup (we actually had the same on a brand new 
guitar yesterday). Crackle on the switch and pots normally just need a 
clean. Pop in with it when you can and we will take a look. both should 
be a simple fix but you might need to leave with us for a day  if thats 
ok.
