Thank you for getting in touch.

This guitar is currently locked on a hanger in our showroom. We are an 
appointment only showroom so things are only unlocked if someone has 
booked in to demo something. All our guitars are checked over by us on 
arrival and therefore played briefly by us at this point to double check 
the set up. We have just checked over this guitar and can confirm it is 
in as new condition. We keep all the original packaging and case on site 
ready for shipping.
