Hi Dmitry,

Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, TNT have been in touch to say they 
are unable to delivery the parcel to a residential address within 
Russia. We're awaiting the items to return to us then we will explore 
other options to try and re-send them to you. Do you know if we are able 
to send an item to your work address? Regarding who pays tax, this would 
be your responsibility to arrange. Obviously we can put your contact 
details on the shipment if this helps.

If not, yes we are happy to refund the pick ups. We will have to double 
check if we have already been charged for the attempted delivery. We 
will know more once we receive the item back to us and see the invoice.
