Apologies for the radio silence you just caught us on our weekend.

Our offer of £1100 is the highest we would be willing to offer. There is 
quite a lot of work that needs to be done to get them ready for sale. We 
have to factor in the labour time to do this.

If you do want to bring anything over just let us know whenever you feel 
ready.
