Yeah we totally understand Brody, don't worry : )

We can arrange a collection using the same company who delivered 
it(FedEx). The £50 cost will just get taken off your refund and we take 
a hit on the outgoing delivery. We like to think it's the fairest way of 
doing it.

Alternatively you are welcome to arrange the return shipment yourself if 
you think you can find a cheaper option. Parcels2go are normally pretty 
good for low rates. Please make sure it is packaged up well and send us 
the tracking info if you do this.
