Hi Sue,

Yes, we can take your Tanglewood TW3 LH in part exchange. We would need 
to see the condition of the guitar before committing fully to the price. 
Unfortunatly it is now a used item so our offer reflects what it is 
worth. I would imagine we would give you up to £200. You would get more 
if you were to sell it privately.
