Hi Thomas,

Thanks for getting in touch. Apologies for our slow reply, we're closed 
Sunday and Monday.

If you let us know when you wish to come down and try the Taylor we 
will book you in our diary. We're open Tuesday to Saturday 11am-5pm.

We did notice another email sent slightly after this from yourself 
asking about set up etc. We're happy to change the strings if the one's 
currently fitted are not to your liking. The Taylor you are looking at 
does come with a deluxe Taylor hard case and we are happy to include a 
strap for your birthday present from us :)
