Thank you for your inquiry.
Yes, you are right, the marks are pretty impossible to get a photo of 
due to them being slight.
Basically, it is a customer return who after having it for a few days 
didn't get on with it so it is still a new
guitar with a full warranty and everything is working as it should be.
