All, thanks for your fast reply. Ironically, the mahogany and slot neck were=
 the features that appealed to me. I find the neck a bit challenging for thu=
mb over chording.  Live and learn.=20

That said, your cash offer is fair and that would be cleaner all around. So I=
 accept that if that suits. Then you can price as you wish. I sincerely appr=

We think a realistic retail list price is around =C2=A32500. We are more tha=
n happy to list the guitar on your behalf and once sold would return you =C2=
=A32000ish. For an outright simple cash buy we would offer you =C2=A31500.

w what you decide to do.
