Hi Paul,

Thanks for your message. We aren't actually music man dealers so we 
wouldn't be able to get the part. We also no longer off any customer 
repairs as we are just way too busy doing our own guitars for the shop. 
We do sell the strings so you're welcome to pop in anytime to get them. 
The best local shop for repairs is Noiseworks in Coventry.
