Hi Wallace,

Our payment provider has come back to us requesting some additional 
information before we release the goods.

Are you able to provide a form of photo ID which shows your 
delivery/billing address on eg. drivers license. Apologies for this 
small delay but hopefully you can see it from our point of view. We want 
to make sure the guitar ends up in the right hands.
