Thanks for the pics.

As it's a bit of an unknown entity, we would pass on a cash sale but 
would happily sell it on a commission basis for you. We do all the hard 
work and take 20% of the sold price. It just depends how much of a rush 
you are in?

If you were selling it privately we estimate you should ask for around 
£700-£900.

Let us know info on the other bits and we can do some research on those.
