I just finished talking with our account manager and she has guaranteed 
that it is out for delivery today to the address you supplied, apart 
from checking that she said there isn't much we can do about it until it 
goes back to the depot so let's hope it turns up and if not I will get 
right back onto them and see what we can do from there. So thank you 
very much for understanding and hopefully we can get this sorted asap.
