Hi Susana,

Just chasing up the issues with the 212ce (replacement battery holder) 
and the BBT ST#131277 that came back from repair with a scratch on the 
front?

Also we have an issue 214CE S/N 2209295326 which arrived with us a 
couple of days ago, the action is very high and we really do think the 
neck hasn't been set righ. Could to have this back for a neck reset 
please?
