Hi Phil,

Yes if you could give us a call at some point today (we're here till 
5pm) to pay the balance and it's yours then till it suits to come in.

Our hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm. As it stands next Tuesday is 
completely free so let me know the best time.
