Hi John,

We will look into it but as the boxes themselves weren't damaged, they 
will most likely just say it was the internal packaging. It's always a 
risk when not shipping guitars in hard cases.

I'm going to get Tim to give them another check in the workshop to see 
if we can polish out some of the marks on the white one. The sunburst 
one thankfully blends in very well so it's barely visible. It hopefully 
shouldn't affect the prices too much.
