Hi Kevin,

Thanks for sending the photos over, I see what you mean now by the bass 
side dropping back before the curve of the neck. I spoke to the Gretsch 
rep and he wants to get the guitar back, which means the guitar has to 
come to us before anything can happen. He did suggest that it may be 
replaced but he can't say that for certain until he can have his team 
asses the guitar, as you could imagine they have to be very sensible 
with their word choices being part of the fender group. I'm hoping, like 
you, that this will be a simple "yes the guitar is faulty we will 
replace it" from Gretsch as it is easier for all parties, but all we can 
do for now is get the guitar to them and hope. Once you have the guitar 
packaged up and ready to be collected let me know and I will have UPS 
send you an email with further instructions and a label to print out for 
the box.
