Hi Darren,

At the moment we're unable have anyone in the shop, however, as you're 
buying it un-seen you have a 10 day cooling off period. The guitar must 
come back to us in the same condition with all original packaging etc. 
If you want to trade something in part exchange, we wouldn't do anything 
with your guitar until your 10 days have expired and we know you're 
happy. That way we can reverse the deal at any time.

Hopefully this all makes sense. Feel free to call to discuss, we're 
here till 5pm today.
