Good to hear from you.

We have booked you in for Saturday morning at 11:00-11:15am. There is 
another chap booked in for 12 noon so maybe closer to 11am will give you 
more time.

In the meantime we will look into prices on your trade in's. They all 
look like things we would take.

We will remove the Blues Jnr and the Tokai off sale for you now. Don't 
panic if you see them disappear off the website.
