Hi Lewis,

Just received the Quadraverb back and yes, there appears to be a 
problem. I can actually get the signal through without putting it in 
bypass mode but there's no effect, weird.
So apologies for that and we will refund you today, but just before we 
do that I thought I'd let you know that we've just had a Zoom RFX2000 
(in full working order!!) come in if you're interested at £129.00?
